Default Updated and it hangs at apple screen

I used iatkos 2.0 to install leopard on my c762nr compaq. Everything went perfectly. I'm dual booting between xp and leopard. Booted sucessfully into both many times. I decided to do the "software update" and it updated the core system and now it wont boot. I attached a pic of the error message i get. Im still able to boot into xp. If anyone knows what to do your help is much appreciated

i've been getting the same problems when trying to update. Did you use Netkas's method of updating?

Also maybe try iDeneb v1.3 10.5.5 for install (if you don't have any data on there - though I assume you do!)

If you maked auto-Software Update, you lost system.

Software Update install original files, if you has some modifiyed file, OSX don't boot more.

You need make update by netkas/toh method, here in forum we had it.

BTW, you need reinstall entire OSX now.
