    This is not the way for me, because I make update on 10.5.2 and this situation still after restoring by Time machine. Have are you solution for this problem, when system don`t booting after restoring?

    I believe your Time Machine backup is corrupted, or maded backup from corrupted system.

    How to know corrupted system or not? Is it some utilities for verify this? Maybe Time machine it self not wright to do backup? How to know?

    Try use Disk Utility.app to verify, but I recommend to you reinstall entire system.
