Boy have I been away from the OS X86 scene.
I am currently running Leo 10.5 on a 2Ghz Northwood P4.
The issue I am having is that System Profiler crashes upon opening.
How can I resolve this? smbios related?

You need replace AppleSMBIOS.kext. Here: http://my.macdotnub.info/content/view/22/26/ has a versions, choose one, download and test with it.
