hey everyone,

I'm new to the forums, but I have been reading up on guides and on other forums for sometime. I currently have a toshiba a105s4004 and I successfully install the tiger 10.4.6 onto my computer. however, after the screen with the grey apple, I get stuck at the screen that says starting up (the grey one with the blue line at the center). is there any possible way for me to get past this and start running mac?

when you see the darwin bootloader, hit f8 (i think) and type "-v" at the prompt to boot up with verbose mode, this will show you what it is crapping out on.

Also, this forum isn't very good for help with stuff like that, head over to instanelymac or osx86scene.
