Re-partitioning question
Hi,
I have a sony VAIO with the following partition layout (1 physical disk).
partition 1 (120GB) - Windows Vista with bootloader & neogrub bootloader for....
partition 2 (40GB) - Ubuntu 8.10.
I hardly ever use the vista partition and would like to replace it with OSX (I have a desktop hackintosh so want the same OS on my laptop but want to keep my Ubuntu partition.
Whats the best way to get rid of Vista but keep a bootloader which will boot both Ubuntu and OSX? Currently, at boot I can choose Vista or Neogrub bootloader which then loads grub to boot into Ubuntu. The bootloaders are on the Vista partition so if I trash that, I'll lose the bootloaders.
Many thanks,
cC

I would suggest Acronis Disk Director with O/S Selector but as to the details of how you would get this running properly with your setup, I would hit this forum for some reading/advice: http://www.wilderssecurity.com/index.php
hope it helps
