Please Help! Baseband Crash whit BL4.6 & Bb 4.02.13_G

Hi, i got a great problem whit my IPhone!

Bootloader 4.6 - Baseband: 4.02.13_G
US-Phone whit 1.1.2 from Week 46 2007

We update it to 1.1.3 and its working nice 2 Days a go.
But than its frozen/crash we must downgrade to 1.1.1 than to 1.1.2
But the Wlan was out of Order and want do it virginzied - But now its complet crash!

You see the Cable to CD Icon. You can go to Emergy-Call-Modus and take numbers at the display.
But you can´t call again whit the Green Bottom, thats do nothing, or wating more than 20minutes... and do nothing

Its makes me Crazy...
I think send it to Apple back for Service... I don´t now what can i do – Please help me!
