Yes, but it's not for the lighthearted or uninitiated at this point, it's not as easy as it is for Tiger, there is no pre-built DVD's ready yet to the public, that I have found, at least not for the AMD platform, yet.

I have an AMD turion 64X2 1.8GHZ processor and 2 GB of ram. Are there any ways to do this?
from what I understand that is the easiest way of doing it, (as you'll need to create the DVD yourself for Leopard,) but there are other methods on how to go about doing this.
Should i install Tiger first and then install leopard on top of that?
of course or there wouldn't be so many sites about it.
Is it even possible to install Mac OS X on a pc?
yes, but it's not all that great an idea to do so, beside why would you want to keep vista?
Is there a way i can dual boot OS X and Vista?
most likely, just as you do for any operating system
Will i need any special drivers or anything?
Depends on what you have and what you're planning on doing
Is it going to cost anything?
Hope this helps. Your quite welcome. Also, another easier way would be to purchase a used computer, (shameless plug here, I happen to have a Powerbook I'm selling if your in the US and are interested, PM me,) that is capable of installing Leopard on it and use that instead. As all you'll need is that and the operating system itself and there is many ways to come up with that currently. (Including via my shamelss plug.)
PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!! Thanks in advance...
