One User-Acc: internet works, second acc: it doesnt...

i have a very strage problem:

on the first user account on my leo4all 10.5.3 my internet works perfectly!
But on the second account, wlan works, but i cannot access the internet. i checked anything, it's really user-account depended and not on the global system.
Do you know which settings might corrupt the internet connection? well the mac doesn't even seem to try to access the internet, it just says the page cannot be shown, after less than a second (as if it alreads knows that there is no connection), but wlan works. the same wlan as the other account uses

any ideas?

Try a better explanation about your problem. Post some pics of problem to try find a sollution.
