[Network] Realtek 8139 looses connection

I've installed Leo with BrazilMac's method. Everything works just fine except My Realtek 8139 Pci card.

I added the card because my 775dual-vsta onboard LAN (ViaRhine) is just too buggy.

After 20 -30 minutes it looses connection, in system preferences it says connected but i cant connect to the network anymore.

I changed the kexts. tried different kernels but no succes.

Hardware is ok, i have 5 different rtl8139 card here all have the same problem, i change the pci slot too.

I am really bored of this problem, undere Tiger everything worked fine.

It would be very kind if someone knows a solution.

use pcgen's kext. Leo's is borked.

I experience the same problem. I've used pcgen's kext but it still disconnects after a seemingly random period of time.

look in your console log for the following error:
dlil_output: output error retval = 37

This error might happen if Xcode 3.0 is installed, and seems to disconnect PPP connections after a while.
Maybe ethernet connections are affected too, I don't know.

are you really sure that is not your network wire or plug? some times a little cutted wire causes that hell.

Try to change the ethernet wire or the switch/router ethernet "hole"

culd someone give me the right kext ice got the RTL8139
but i didnt get a dhcp im using the driver from the leo4all v2 install dvd

im using a fritz!box fon wlan 7050 it is connectet directly to the hackintosh

i didnt get a connectrion when i use dhcp if i configure it manualy i get network working but i didnt get an internet connection

pls culd anybody help#??
