Okay so what do I need and can I do it.
Abit IP35 (non pro)
Intel Q6600 Quad
4Gig Ram
Windows Vista installed on raptor (sata)
120Gig IDE drive blank (to be used for os x x86)
NEC DVD Rom IDE

I have a powerbook G4 17" running leopard.
I don't need Tiger x86 installed before hand I take it?
Please can someone advise me. I have downloaded the "Kalyway Leopard 10.5.1 SSE2 SSE3"
it is REALLY better if you install tiger before, this will fix bootloader and the nfs partition :)
if everything went succesfull then install leopard from kalyway!

I dont see how that helps with reading a dvd after posting? It reads fine in Vmware?
cause tiger will fix your hard disk and bootloader, specially if u have sata disks, otherwise if you just install leopard you will have to do it later, which is more complicated :)
