A lot of Problems(Leopard)

Hi everone
I 've got a lotf of problems on installin the leopard
first of all when I create a primary partition and format it as fat32 in the installation of leopard it cant format it to AF mode(I mean Mac extended(Journaled))and the really amazin g thing is that it cant format it to anything else just do the operqation and nothing happens.
Oh!and my disc is brazil mac patched disc...
another thing is blinking cursor.for this problem I've read this instructions:

and nothing happens!and I mentioned something:
when you use fdisk you shouldnt flag it to the partition number of which the leopard has been installed it...instead you should flag the PRIMARY partition which you installed your leopard for example if the leopard partition is rdisk0s5 you dont say flag(or f) 5
you sholud see which primary partition is root of the leopard logical partiotion with the "print" command and use it for flagging!
another thing is the sudo command is not working and also on patching with the 9a51PostPatched.sh i revieve 3-4 errors.(not error but nothing to move;I will attach the terminal text file)
and when this guide says dd command one is saying to use it on DVD and oanother one saying to use it on the Leopatrd drive.which one is right.
and if anything goes wrontg I mean doing the guide for boot but again a curswor is it ok to do again the instrucation or you sholud start it from insatllation again?
and the last question is about bless what is it for?
because when i type this:
"bless blahblahblah"
it returns:
"bless args:blahblahblah"
I mean whatever you write ...no Errors
what is it for and am I saying right??
