I have installed Jas 10.5.4 in my compaq laptop and I finished my first iPhone application. But the Keychain Access it doesn't working (doesn't starting) to create a Certificate.

After I do all that will Keychain Access work?
If it works can I register to Apple from this installation and get deployment keys to publish an iPhone application to AppStore?
