GA_965P-DS3 worked out of the box... but!

Hi all,
My mobo GA_965P-DS3 (is3) worked perfect out of the box, I was up and running in 35 minutes, the only thing not working is the audio and lan.
I install from the DVD:
Jas oSx 10.4.8 AMD-INTEL sse2-sse3 with PPF1 & PPF2 and the 10.4.9 Combo update.
Any specific driver or setup to get the audio and lan working?

Damn that's not what I wanted to hear. A friend of mine ordered this mobo because I told him everything will be compatible right out the box. I was about to make the same purchase too but I held back until tonight which is when I'm placing my order. If you get it working please post the fix man.

The audio won't work out of the box, you'll need to get the AL88* drivers. As for LAN, mine worked fine with the JaS 10.4.8 AMD Intel SSE2 SSE3 disc.

You need an ALC883 driver by skippyretard for audio in/out
Lan may work out of the box else you will need to edit the marvel yukon .kext with the device id. I'll find the info later when i have the time if required.

Will you help me please.. I have a biostar 945t motherboard. I Also installed the Jas intel 10.4.8 dvd and everything works fine except audio and lan. Where can i fine the AL883 audio drive and how do you modify the kernel for the lan?

its not hard but read the above post and use your friend google for alc883 audio

lan will require specific editing of the specific .kext
(i do not know what you specific NIC is so i cannot comment)
