Cut to the chase.
Hello
I's been almost a year since I had a play with a hackintosh and I can't remember much about what I did last time but I do remember taking ages to find a workable version.
To help me in my quest and stop my brain from frying while reading all these threads I would be most grateful if I kind soul could point me in the direction of a torrent to download Leopard for my puter.
Cheers
My specs are
Intel 8200 processor
2gb RAM
nVidia 8600GT
Gigabyte GA-P31-DS3L motherboard

Just had a look at your link 'how to install'
It mentions flashing my motherboard. As I have never done this before will such an action cause any problems with my Vista install?
-
Nah you dont need to flash your motherboard, that link is just for HP Pavilion Elite or Similar, the BIOS MOD is because I cant be able to use all my cores without it.
But Gigabyte Motherboard are like the best motherboards for Hackint0sh, so... You are Lucky XD
P.S. You can use the Step 3 and do something similar in your BIOS

Just tried JaS OsX86 10.5.4 but it did not like my keyboard.
The keyboard worked fine right through the bootup sequence but once I got to the sexy startup screen where all the different Welcomes popped up the instilation would not accept my keyboard.
funny thing is that my logitec wireless mouse worked from the word go.
Going to try a different version now to see if any joy there.

and your keyboard is PS/2 XD, try getting a new one USB or borrow one, just for while then u can fix it on leopard to get PS/2
