I am really very very new to this hackintosh.And i want to install mac(which version i dont know .a stable version for my computer).

Samsung SATA 80 GB- Hard Disk
Microsoft USB mouse - Mouse
Microsoft non-USB keyboard - Keyboard
Sony DVD RW DW-G120A- DVD Writer
Samsung Syncmaster 793s - Monitor(CRT)
Creative 2.1 SBS 2.1 - Speakers

XP Service Pack 2 - OS

(I am specifying everything because i think it will be helpful to the people reading )

OK This is my computer.
First of all please tell me whether it is possible to install OSX on my computer?.If it is possible,which version is supported ?(I need to dual boot.I dont want to lose my xp)


I dont know anything about this installation.Please give some links to articles,websites,other threads etc which might be helpful to me.Also post your own ideas if any and please keep in mind that i am completely new at this

Well.... Im also fairly new to installing a mac, but I think you'll be able to run os x, but you might have trouble installing a sound card...
To see if your computer is compatible or if the drivers are available for your hardware just visit the wiki of osx86 project...
