New Problem - chain booting error
Hi, anyone know how to fix a chain booting error? I get it when I try to boot OSX. I'm running vista as my other operating system (which works fine). I was able to get into OSX once - when it finished installing it rebooted, i was able to get in. After that, I tried to boot into OSX (some updates had installed) and i got a "missing operating system" error, so i booted into vista, set up the dual boot screen, and since then I can't get into OSX. Any suggestions?

ok u arent giving much information here.
from what i understand is that you installed os x on a partition and was able to boot into os x and install some updates. which version os x did u install??? 10.4.7? 8?
Also which updates were installed??? were they installed using update utility? or did u install 10.4.9 update?
And where is it giving you missing operating system error?
Before you ask any question, try searching it first.
Search Button is ur best friend...so is google.
I AM IN NO WAY TELLING YOU TO COMMIT PIRACY. IF YOU LIKE OS X OR ANY PART OF IT. BUY A MAC.
TESTING 4 PCs and 1 Macbook

. Only the macbook works perfectly
