id not get the p5b, better get the GA - 965P - DS3 which is about the same price i think.
or another full functionable board. saves you quite some hustle.
the 7300gt should be ok but you have to know that chances to get dualscreen AND sleep mode working are better with a 7600 (at least i heard ppl with 7600 have working sleep, as my 7300gt does not wake up correctly)

and yeah, youl probably not be able to use dvi, so only vga via the adapters.
but for that just look at the osx86project.org wiki or search forums to figure out what features of that card do work.
i dont have any of the above hardware!

I have a similar (DS3 vs S3) setup which rocks under OS X. Sniff my stuff (down there), your list with the GA-965P-DS3 looks good to go though. What RAM are you pairing this up with?
    JaS 10.4.9 SSE3 Intel

    Intel® Core™2 Duo E6300 @ 3.01GHz (7x430) - • Gigabyte GA-965P-S3 (F8 BIOS) - • 2x1GB Mushkin DDR2-800 CL4 - • 7600GT 256MB - • Realtek ALC883 + Z-5300 - [5.1/7.1] - • 2x200GB Seagate PATA - • 2x250GB Hitachi SATA R-0 - 4x80GB Seagate PATA (R-0 Ext.) - • 2x160GB Maxtor SATA - • LH-18A1H @ USB2.0 - • ADSTech PYRO - ADSTech PYRO A/V - • BT878 Tuner - • Apple KB -

i got evga 7800 gt co and it works flawless...and you CAN use the DVI. I've been using DVI since day 1 and havent had any trouble with it. Only if you use a lcd tv or plasma tv you will get overscan (image will be cut from all 4 sides)
Before you ask any question, try searching it first.
Search Button is ur best friend...so is google.

I AM IN NO WAY TELLING YOU TO COMMIT PIRACY. IF YOU LIKE OS X OR ANY PART OF IT. BUY A MAC.
