Leopard Ideneb 1.3 -> no startup
Hi,
I just installed Leopard via Ideneb 1.3 in dualboot with Vista.
I can boot Vista and also get into Single user mode in OS X. So the bootfiles are ok but when I try to start OS X in normal mode, the problems start.
Right at boot it says, errors were found, pausing 5 seconds, but it does not say which. In single user mode, fsck says there are no problems.
Then it continues and after a while it hangs and says
localhost configd[51]:InferfaceNamer: no network interfaces, could not update platform UUID
I try this on a HP Laptop 8710w with Intel T7200, chipset 965PM, Geoforce Quadro 1600m, Intel LAN and WLAN card and a SATA disk in ahci mode.\
Can anyone help me please?

It's a long shot, but this was the problem for me. The install worked only in AHCI mode, BUT after the install, Leopard would ONLY boot once I went back into the BIOS and changed it back to IDE mode.
Give that a try and let me know how it goes.
