Exclamation [Leo4All] v3 > No hard drive detected.

    Hello all,

I have leo4all v3 on DVD. I can boot all the way to the installation screen but the system is not detecting my SATA hard drive. The system does detect my 8GB flash drive in which I attempted to install Mac OS on and failed miserably after 4 hours. Any way, does this version of MAC OS support SATA HDD? Below are the system's specs.

    Intel Dual-Core 1.8Ghz
    Nvidia MATX 610i MB
    2 GB ram 667Mhz
    200 GB HDD SATA Maxtor
    Generic DVD burner
    Nvidia 7300GT 512MB Video card

    AeroCool M40 Cube case

    Thanks for the support.

installing from a flash drive wow i bet that took quite a while, ok well sometimes the hard drive doesn't show, actually this happens with both ATA and SATA , have you tried (OK maybe a bit obvious here) disk utility inside the installer, sometimes that kinda nudges the installer into recognizing the hard drive, also another simple technique (but worked) is to simply persist with the installer, just keep booting it up till the hard drive shows, because it really should show, unless the disk is physically broken...there's nothing in your stats that tells me it wont work, im guessing that its just one of those things, just be patient and keep trying......or get another hard disk.
If you get as far into the installer to get to disk utility then i doubt its a software glitch.

well i hope this encourages you to keep the faith. keep trying man!
