Hey guys i succesfully installed Kalaway 10.5.1 leapord easy enough ... with a few setbacks
i didnt install the kernals or anything, will try that now though i think.
anywho, it wont boot into osx UNLESS the cd is inserted ?
issues???

2 x 250mb sata hdd
sata dvd drive
ga-ep35c-ds3r bios ver : f2
what could be the issue with this ???

I have this problem too. I did select the components and kernel during the install.

I also selected the Single User boot instead of Dual Boot.

I'm a right noob with the Mac, but it seems as though the boot loader (Darwin?) has not been copied to the hard drive and is being read from the CD. Once that's running it picks up the installation and away it goes.

We probably just need to RTFM!....... Or just keep looking here.

Networking seemed really slow on my onboard Yukon device, I switched to the Nvidia one and it's fine now.

Runs well once it's going and I could easily learn to love it!
