Im going to try leo4allv3 first then ToH RC2.

But ive decided to build my own hackintosh computer, ( i just have to sell my nintendo wii first)

Ill be using this guide here: http://wildwobby.com/hardware/build-a-mac-for-350/

I reckon i can build it for £200, so ill keep anyone updated who wants, and ill try out different versions on it.

I have another Question, when i open my Kalyway 10.5.1 ISO in Power Iso, there isnt a ACPIPS2Nub.kext in the /System/Library/Extensions folder.
I thought it needed to be their for a PS2 Keyboard/Mouse to work?

    Thanks
Not in all cases, is recommend do you use keyboard/mouse as USB, but in lappies, need have ACPIPS2Nub installed to work Trackpad/Keyboard and external USB mouses and keybs.

FTW, put ACPIPS2Nub on a pendrive, boot your OSX DVD and open Utilities/Terminal, put .kext in:

    Code:
     cp -r /Volumes/YOUR_PENDRIVE/ACPIPS2Nub.kext /Volumes/YOUR_LEO/System/Library/Extensions/

    chown -R root:wheel /Volumes/YOUR_LEO/System/Library/Extensions/ACPIPS2Nub.kext

    chmod -R 755
    /Volumes/YOUR_LEO/System/Library/Extensions/ACPIPS2Nub.kext

    rm -rf /Volumes/YOUR_LEO/System/Library/Extensions.mkext
    Reboot and see this work.

Ok, thanks. I done that and got Kalyway installed again.
But im still having problems with the boot screen. I cant get past this screen:

And when i use the -V command the text scrolls too fast at the end for me to see anything or take a picture and restarts my laptop again.

Im sorry to bother you, but youve been a great help
    Thanks.

Edit: I installed the Vanilla Kernels but my System is not a 2 Core processor, and is only SSE2, should i have done this? I saw somewhere else that if you install this on a non core 2 processor it will reboot like this. Can anyone confirm this for me?
And is there anyway i can get the vanilla kernels removed without having to reinstall?

    Thanks

I cant use -V. Whenever i use -V the text scrolls too fast at the Darwin boot so i cant take a picture or write anything down.

As i said, i installed Vanilla Kernel on my SSE2 CPU (Is this the problem?)

    Thanks

Yes. This is problem, Vanilla kernels only for Intel Core processors and Intel Chipset models like 945 or newer.

Go connect in IRC and search kernels on room #10.5, there, have some kernels for SSE2 systems.

    Goodluck,

    See -> http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=39635

For join in rooms, type: /j #roomname (for kernels: /j #10.5)

    Look in topic, links there.

Ok thanks. I didnt use a kernel from the IRC.
I reinstalled Kalyway but unchecked Vanilla kernel (so i dont have it) but i did check "sse2 system"

And this got me past the apple boot screen (the one i posted above ^^)
But now it is stuck at a blue screen.
Ill try and run it in verbose mode just now and post an error,

    Thanks for the help

Sorry i never got an error screen, nothing showed highlighted in yellow. and everything looked fine.

When i was installing this i never added the ACPIPSNub.kext because it kept saying "no such file or directory" could this be the problem?

And would the pendrive im adding it from need to be formatted as HFS+?

even when i try booting with "mach_kernel cpus=1" it still doesnt work.

    Thanks
