Question Kalyway Leo and Iphone SDK

    Hi guys...
finally I achieved to install Kalyway Leo 10.5.1 on my P4 3ghz, mb P4P800-E..and run it! Unchecked Vanilla and all other stuff was the only way for me. But... when I install Iphone SDK and reboot... it loop back again resetting PC.
I wander if there are files in SDK that aren't "patched" ? Do I solve reinstalling Leopard over SdK installation, or I have to wipe everithing and start a new OSX and give up with SDK ? Thanks for any help....

Hi, was just about to install, when I read this..
I don't know about this, posted in another thread:
    "All OSx86 Owners! Specialy AMD

Uncheck CHUD Tools in iPhone SDK instalation dialog

Normally CHUD tools would not break your OSx86 install, it might have something to do with the fact that you are using AMD. The black overlay screen you get is called a kernel panic.

if you have already install and get cernel panic, you need reinstall OSx"

If you have to reinstall, please post you results, did you uncheck CHUD Tools?
    I also have a P4..

I also find the CHUD thread on insanemac forums; of course after :-( !! But it was not specifically for AMD processors. I will post the results if I have to reinstall OS... and also if someone give another solution. cheers..

I installed Kalyway 10.5.1 and used the Kalyway update to 10.5.2. I also updated my Kernel to netkas' 9.2.0 and the System.kext that was backed up from the original update in the Kalyway's update package.

After all that, I installed the iPhone SDK without a hitch.

I have a Pentium-M (SSE 2) with i855G chipset (Sony Vaio T250/P). It's not an ideal system to install Leo on, but it kinda works.

I didn't try installing the iPhone SDK in 10.5.1, but it's a testimony that it should be safe to install at least on this type of system.

Try booting with the -v option to see if you can get some insight on what's going on. Perhaps the -x option will help?
