I have successfully installed Kalyway10.5.1 on my WD500G SATA harddrive. When I boot from installer it shows on the disk utility but when I tried to boot from it (HDD) using -v it just restart again.

If I use -x -v it will run some script then restart again.
I have Vista w/ easyBCD for dual boot on partition 1 & loaded Kalyway on partition 2 with MBR bootloader
can somebody help?

I have waited but no one responded to my question. I have read that thread and does not help me at all.

I did not pm you with regard to this problem nor have ask you in particular about this problem for help.

i am having a similar problem. except there are no partitions on my hard drive, just leopard. as soon as i try to boot from the hard drive my pc just restarts.
im using a intel quad core on a asus striker extreme m/b and a gefore 7800gt

Go to your BIOS and disable AHCI then try again.

I got mine working now except for the PS2 keyboard & mouse.
Updated to 10.5.3 but when i install the kext for my video it freezes.
Other desktop has no working audio yet so looking for the right CMI9880 kext
