well here is what I got. I switched over to the GX280 and I tried the following versions:

    Jas 10.5.4 Client/Server Intel SSE2/SSE3
    iDeneb v1.3 10.5.5
    iATKOS v2i 10.5.2
    iATKOS v4i 10.5.4
    Leo4All (unknown version)

I used the following on both machines:
    IDE & SATA drives
    updated BIOS
Formatted hard drives to Mac OS Extended (Journaled) (also tried the other formats)

NONE of them work. They either dont install at all or they do install and just do the endless reboot. What are my chances of 2 competely different PCs having the same exact issue? Why is one of them is on the HCL for 10.5.2 but I get an endless reboot when I am doing it? Am I missing something somewhere? I am now obtaining the following:

    iDeneb v1.1 (10.5.4)
    ToH 9A581_RC2

Just to see if I can get something working...let's hope

Wait a minute, you have SATA Drives? man i bet you have this in your BIOS in drives section:

    SATA OPERATIONS -> RAID/AUTODETECT/AHCI
P.S. If you have a camera take a photo in your BIOS Screen

Now that I have moved over to the GX280...yeah I have a SATA drive in it now connected via onboard of course. I don't have a RAID option:

But I did just find a BIOS update for this thing so we will see what happens. **EDIT** BIOS updated but still no AHCI option

A quick update. Now I have tried the following options with all 3 of these PCs and cant get anything to work.

    3 PCs:
    GX 270/GX280/Dimension 4400

    Mac OSX Version:
    Jas 10.5.4 Client/Server Intel SSE2/SSE3

    iDeneb v1.3 10.5.5
    iATKOS v2i 10.5.2
    iATKOS v4i 10.5.4
    Leo4All (unknown version)
    ToH 9A

    Installation Settings:
    Fresh Installs

Ppl has report success without AHCI with kalyway but I dont really know, didnt try, I can see you tried fresh installs, I believe you dont support Vanilla Kernel, try another kernel like Speedstep or modbin

About the SATA OPERATIONS, you BIOS is set as 'Combination' try with 'Normal', Ima take a look this monday and see what else can be the problem, ok? Sowwy about the delay but its my Office's Computer :/

Im trying to find a good copy of Kalyway right now. Also I tried changing the BIOS from Normal to Combination and back again but that didnt do anything.

the iDeneb v.1 I have supports:

    • 9.4.0 Vanilla (Intel/SSE3)
    • 9.4.0 Modbin (Intel/AMD/SSE2/SSE3)
    • 9.2.0 Sleep (Intel/AMD/SSE2/SSE3)
    • 9.2.0 SpeedStep (Intel/AMD/SSE2/SSE3)
    • 9.2.2 SSE3 (Intel/AMD/SSE3)

So how would I get this cd to boot and install with a specific kernel in mind?
