[How To] Dual boot OSX 10.4.9 (using the newest kernel) with Windows Vista
What is this?
This guide tells you how to install OSX 10.4.9 on your Intel or AMD Windows machine, dual booting with Vista.
Do I need something special to make this work?
You need a processor that supports at least SSE2 to make this work. You can check this with a program called CPU-Z (http://cpuid.com/cpuz.php).
Who wrote this guide?
This guide is indirectly written by the whole OSx68 community. I typed the words, but without the help of all the developers and other people on the old insanelymac and the new hackint0sh forums this woudn't be possible.
So where's the guide?

Strange, got no problems with PM 8 here...., though after a Google search I see more people have your problem.
Maybe because I'm running a portable version of PM (search green demon).
I hope you can find that, you can also try the built in Disk Management tool of Vista, though I don't know if that allows you to keep all your data....
Will write an updated guide asap, thanks for the "bug report"

You must click onto the link, not do a copy-paste! It works like a charm

Vista does not need Partition Magic. You can go into disk manager and shrink the drives.

Array
it may be a problem with the JaS disc not having all the patches applied that have been released to fix such hard drive issues...
or you've not formatted with disk utility
