i have burned the iso into a dvd. i boot it and this appears"/com.apple.boot.plist not found". how do i install that damn thing?

When your computer starts to boot up, it says something like hit enter to install OS X and then gives a count down from 10. You have to hit enter, or it will just try to load from hard drive and because it hasn't been installed yet....It won't be able to find that file.

This thread is useless without system specs. How hard is it to say "I have an (intel/AMD) (model number) on a (model) motherboard with (someamount) of memory and an (IDE/SATA) hard drive and an (IDE/SATA) DVD-RW and an (ATi/nVidia) (model) graphics card"?

There's no such thing as a universal fix that works on every system. It's dependant on the CPU, the chipset, the graphics, how the drives connect to the motherboard, etc.
