Question [Hackint0sh Support] Leopard doesn't boot on a AMD X2

    Hi,

    I have a Amd Athlon 5000+ X2

    Mother board (acer t180) MCP61SM-AM

nVidia GeForce 6100 nForce 405, 256MB (on board)

    nVidia 8600GT 512MB GDDRII pci-e

    Audio HD Realtek ALC 888

    2GB DDRII RAM 667MHz

    500GB HDD Sata

I tried to install Tiger, but Tiger doesn't recognizes my SATA HDD. =/

I tried to install Leopard, Leopard-10.5.2-AMD-EFI-Rev2.iso, everything went well, I restarted my computer but Leopard doesn't boots.

anybody knows where is de problem?

Thanks and sorry but my english is not so well

If it does not boot, what else does it do?

the computer tries to boot from CD, then HDD, en says that there are no bootable media...

I tried to install Leopard 10.5.2 today on a 160GB SATA HDD, but still doesn't work.
before the installation, if I select "more options" (ToH kernel SSE3, Drivers, Dual Boot), at 99% of the installation process, the installation utility says that there is a "unknown error".... if I select nothing the installation process goes well, but it doesn't boot.

Your SATA and/or IDE chipset is most likely not currently supported in Leopard.
I had that problem too as I tried to install Leo4All on a hdd which was connected on
    an IDE-RAID controller...
