I get this problem even when I scroll down or up in any windows: (look in the middle of the picture)

I didn't installed Titan drivers for nVidia cuz if I install the drivers the Mac isn't booting up.. (I own GeForce 5200 FX)
Is there any solution for this problem?
btw.. I'm using JaS Intel AMD SSE2 SSE3 DVD 10.4.8

Nevermind, solved.
I just downloaded the 5200FX graphics driver for Hackintosh from InsanleyMac.
