Dear HackintOsh geniuses
Most people will find my questions unintelligent and lack of brain cells, since you realize this is true, instead of ignoring them, please explain what is "patch" and "patching" to make some hardwares (sound, and ethernet) in motherboard work when you install either kalyway 10.5.2 or iATKOS? and how do I patch?
Question 2: I plan to purchase a new Intel Motherboard, could you give me a simple opinion on which intel motherboard will most likely have all parts support the kalyway 10.5.2? the reason I asked this question because when I looked at the Hardware compatible list, there some some Intel Mobos required patch to make sound and ethernet work.
Your intelligent advices and opinions will be much appriciated. Thank you.

1 = patch/patching: change something on .kext (or other component) to make a compatibilization of this.
2 = I don't reccomend models (because possible has a incompatibilities), but, try looking for motherboards that cointained Intel chipset 945 or newer.
For install, try Leo4All v4 or iAtkos v4. Works fine.
Goodluck,

when you mention change something on .kext to make something works, do you have to change before you burn out a DVD or after an installation or during an installation? Please specify more on how it can be done. Thanks alot, right now I'm spotting a Gigabyte GA-G31M-S2L motherboard, however, ox86 wiki say audio and network need to be patching. I am not really sure how I should do it correctly.
This new mobo has North Bridge Intel G31 and South Bridge Intel ICH7 , is it a decent one? I'm not sure if those chips are newer than the one you mentioned ealier.

If "some" OSX86 DVD doesn't boot on your machine, nothing to do, need try other version.
Good to try test other possible variations on HDD and DVD like SATA or USB DVD's.
