Boot xp & mac osx
CAUTION I WILL NOT TAKE NAY BLAME IF THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU, IT MAY HAVE WORKED FOR ME - I ADVISED THE UPMOST OF CARE - E.G. BACK UP ALL YOUR XP FILES ETC
Summary:
100GB XP Drive
20GB MAC Jrnld
XP Installed and via Disk Part (VIA RUN>CMD>DISK PART>SELECT DISK>SELECT PARTITION>(SELECT PARTITION)>ACTIVE
MACOSX Set to Active (Note OSX Not Yet Installed)
REBOOT WITH MACOSX CD IN DRIVE
Installed OSX
Restart OSX Then:
MAC PARTITION MUST BE THE ACTIVE ONE!!!
(1)Loaded Mac OSX CD -
(2) Then select, from the menu, Utilities -> Terminal. You will get to the tiny command line of Darwin
(3) Then type: "diskutil list" (as always, without quotes). Keep note of the EXACT DISK/PARTITION where your MacOSX partition is, it will be something like: disk0s2 (Disk 0, partition #2 here).
(4)Then type "fdisk -e /dev/rdisk0". The 0 is the number following the "disk" in disk0s2. Hint for the Noobs: replace the number, here 0, with YOUR OWN MacOSX disk number!
Note: you will be in the sub command prompt of the fdisk program.
(5) Then type "p", it will list the partitions of this HDD. Verify the number of your MacOSX partition just be sure that it will be your OS X system partition and not another you will make active. The active partition (here Win XP) will be identified with an "*".
(6) Type: "flag 2" where the 2 is the partition # in the "disk0s2". Hint for the Noobs: replace the number, here 2, with YOUR OWN MacOSX partition number!
This will mark your partition as the active partition for the boot sequence at PC start-up.
(7)Type: "write" to write your changes (it will ask you if it's OK to set the changes on the next reboot, indeed, say Yes).
(8)Type: "exit" to exit fdisk program.
(9)Type: "exit" to exit Terminal.
(10)Close terminal with Command (ALT)-Q.
ON BOOT PRESS F8 CHOSE EITHER MAC OR XP HAPPY DAYS!

Well follow the guide it works for me.......
http://ihackintosh.blogspot.com/2008...grub-boot.html
Adding OSx86 to the boot loader is an easy task. The instuctions below may seem long but the process is basically adding chain0 to boot.ini and that's it. Whilst grub is more powerful, the extra features are not needed so XP's boot loader will do just fine.
1) Boot Windows XP
2) After Login, Insert the Mac OS X86 DVD and Copy chain0 to the root of the C: drive. You should then have the file C:\chain0. (Chain0 is found on the Mac CD in /user/standalone/i386 but Windows can't read Mac formatted Discs. It seems that this folder is formatted differently so you might find chain0 in the root of the DVD. Copy /user/standalone/i386/chain0 from this.
3) In the explorer window, go to the "tools" menu and select folder options. Under the "View" tab, check "Show hidden files and folders" and deselect "Hide protected operating system files".
4) In the root of the C:\ drive, you should now be able to see boot.ini. Right click this file and click "Properties". In the window that appears, uncheck "Read Only".
5) Double click boot.ini so it opens in notepad (or some other text editor)
6)On the last line of boot.ini, add C:\chain0="OSx86"
