Default Blue Screen, Arrow, Tubgirl's 10.4.10

Okay, I finally got the latest Osx10410_AMDVM_SSE3 from Tubgirl to install, but now I have a blue screen with a frozen arrow and nothing else. What else can I do to get past this? My searches haven't turned anything up on this on a similar install, can anyone help or at least point me in the right direction? TIA

    EDIT:
kextd_watch_volumes error comes up when prior to the bluescreen
doing a verification/restoration of permissions shows up nothing.
Options used was unchecked all the extra languages and added in the nVidia drivers.

Try w/o nvidia drivers. You can install them later.
