I can see it in almost any national store. If in doubt just get an US store account for free. Use the search function here on how to.

In the iPhone's "Settings" app, in General > International > Language is a UITableView with a list of about 18 languages. When you submit an app to Apple for the store, there is a corresponding list of countries, plus one more labeled something like "all the rest". Since this program is coming out under the Google name, its legal department must verify that Google Earth complies with the laws for mapping software, and for software that uses the device's location, and that it complies with the mapping data vendors' licensing terms in every country hidden behind that checkbox. So, we couldn't check that box.

Please file an enhancement request with Apple asking that each country be listed separately for app store submissions.
