is there a way I can sync individual .ipa files from my itune to my iphone without having to sync all the .ipa i have? I have the iphone checked to manually sync musics and videos, and in the applications tab everytime i check just the app i want to sync it deletes the other apps I have installed already.

there has to be a way to do this without having itune keep backing up my iphone every time i just want to install one .ipa app

and that one .ipa file is pirated..
