Ok here is what I did. I bought applications from AppStore, browsed to ~/Music/iTunes/Mobile Applications/ and attached these files to an email and sent them to my sister. When she double-clicked them (on her PC) iTunes opened and I have authorized her computer for the first time. She plugged her iPhone to her computer and she was able to play games. I send new applications to her and she just opens & syncs to her iPhone. iTunes is not asking for password anymore.

yes it works,
my girlfriend has her own account and i use her user / password on my itunes, but i hv my own iphone set up on my itunes.. so when i connect my iphone shows everything mine... but we share the applications function, when she buys something i can download for free...
is that clear?
just to give an example, she bought crash bandicoot, so she has installed on her iphone from her itunes on her computer... and she told me to download it, so i clicked to download and showed to me "you've purched this item, do you want to download again for free?" so i press yes and i can have the same app officially!! everything we buy we can share... but i can sincronize on my itunes without problem.. i wont loose it!
There is another way i tested with my brother... i sincronized on my itunes, and i put all my applications and i went to his house and sincronize with his itunes with his account, BUT i just click to sincronize musics / contacts... so it kept all applications on his iphone!! BUT IF CLICKS TO SYNC ALL / EVERYTHING he will loose all applications i've installed!
Regards,
