my macbook pro is simple but my IPhone is not .. it's complicating my life

I have a problem .. which is that when I try to install an application from app store .. it prompts a username & a password while I haven't set any for my IPhone at all

if I just click ok it refuses to install the application

any one knows how to deal with that ???

by the way

I have updated the baseband , of course unintentionally .. to 2.30.03 so my phone is locked no calls

I was hoping that I can use it in other ways until new yellowsnow is released
