Help Me To Get The Most Out Of My Jailbroken ATV2

Hi;

I have successfully Jailbroken my ATV 2 and followed a guide to install NitoTV and XBMC bith installed using Terminal and SSHing into the ATV2.
What I now need help with is what are the best tweaks and software to install.
I am now in the process of finding out what else to install to get the most out of my ATV2 and have several questions:

1. I just tried to install OVERFLOW but it is not an option in my NitoTV menu?
2. When I installed XBMC using SSH but I see it is an option to install in NitoTV have I done something wrong?
3. What else should I install?
