Ok, I posted something about this earlier, but I had thought when I ran the "import all data" is was crashing the ATV, but I realized this weekend that it's not crashing, it's just not doing anything. I actually reset the ATV this weekend and started from scratch, and when I first run "import all data", it goes through the process of fetching TV/Movie information, but then it goes to the process when it imports file data (I assume details on the actual files — re: file size, movie length, etc. and reading in XML overrides), this is where nothing happens and I'm back to where I was before.

Basically, it stalls on importing file data on the first file it tries to get data for. If I remove that movie, then it stalls on the next. If I remove that entire directory, it stalls on the first movie in the next directory, and so on.

So, it has no problem fetching movie/tv data, but it can't get through importing file data (on any file). And while I thought the ATV was frozen before, actually, if I hit the menu button, I can cancel out of that screen and go back to the main Sapphire interface. So, it's not crashing, but it's also not doing anything.

I'm hoping someone may have some advice?

Software Menu showed a new build of Sapphire was available — downloaded and installed and it's fixed the problem (and custom meta data is now being read and used)! THANKS!!!!
