hi.

since i bought my atv i haven't been able to see it in the device list in itunes, i've checked losts of stuff in sites and apple forums, but today i have realized that i can play the music from my computer and listen it in the living room through atv, there is a button in the right hand corner of itunes where you can choose where you listen the music.

do i have any setting wrong in either itunes or my atv.

Is it a 'new' apple tv or has someone before you used it (set it up)
If it is the latter, the atv is linked/paired to one admin library. Check your settings for this, or the easy way, do a factory reset.

it's new, i bought it last week.

what i don't understand is why i can stream sound from itunes in my computer to atv and home cinema in the living room but it doesn't appear in the devices list.

i've done a factory reset a couple of times but still i can't see it.
