Hi @ all

Yes, but performance won't be stellar.
If you mean Megabit, it'll certainly deliver this. Megabyte/sec is likely to be limited by your wireless network (the built-in ethernet is only 100base-T, so 802.11n can be faster).
As stated, you should install NitoTV. You'll also need the 10.4.9 combo updater and a copy of the ATV 1.0 firmware (don't ask for them here, they are illegal to redistribute). Follow the directions of where to place these files on the ATV, run Nito's smart installer, reboot the ATV, and it'll be running AFP.
OK NitoTV and Jailbreak is no problem but Firmware 1.0 ? I have firmware 3.05 installed ;(
I got it working yes, with this tut : boxee :: forums - View Single Post - aTV and Enabling USB Port
I found the Firmware on a hidden partition @ my ATV ;)
And now : FTP is faster than AFP ... ;( why?
With FTP i have 6-7 Megabyte /s
With AFP 3-4 Megabyte /s
ATV is @ WLAN draft N 5GHZ
Macbook Pro is also in same
From my macbook pro to my new imac i have 12-14 Mebagbyte /s in Wlan.
i think i have made a mistake by flashing, jailbreaking and making afp running ?
Should i made a complete restore / downgrade to 1.0 ?
greetings
You are likely accessing AFP through SSH for improved security which can slow down AFP. That's the likely cause of the speed difference. There's no need to downgrade to 1.0 after you have it running.
