Share via NFS on Apple TV 2.0
Hi guys,
I have a Apple Tv Take Two (2.0) with atvFiles and nitoTV working.
However, I cannot get ANY kind of sharing of content on the atv working. I have tried enabling AFP in nitoTV, but I cant connect to the atv from other mac's in the house at all. Seems like afp is not running properly.
I have tried a few different scripts from awkward tv to enable afp, but to no avail. :(
I have also tried enabling NFS server ( Enable NFS Server - AwkwardTV ), and the nfsd deamon is running on the atv, but I cant connect to the shares/export from my other mac's, I just get a timeout error.
Idealy I would like NFS sharing to work, as this protocol have minimal overhead (from what Ive read) and can enable pretty good transfer speeds over wireless N networks.
Does anyone know how I can setup AND connect to a nfs share on my apple tv ? Do I have to upgrade/downgrade from my 2.0 version maybe ? )
