Question about using OSupdate to upgrade/downgrade to 2.1

If I use OSupdate to upgrade/downgrade to v2.1, do I need to do anything aside from follow the instructions under "Auto-Update Script" via...

Will the script do everything that needs to be done, or do I need to actually get resources (ie. the 2.1 software, etc.)? Or, is it just as simple as running the 2.1 script/following the instructions?

I did the 2.1 'downgrade' from that script and it worked great. You do not need to pre-download any files, the script uses wget to download all necessary files from Apple. Things to keep in mind are to remember to add "exit 0" to the end of the script and reformat it to "Western (Mac OS Roman)" The easiest way is if you have a mac, open in text edit, then use save as. Hope this helps.

This is if you are doing it manually, if using the script, you do not need to download anything but the script.
