Greetings All:

I have followed the various tutorials posted, and have replaced my AppleTV drive with a 100GB drive, applied the various hacks to get SSH and ATVFiles installed, etc.

I copied over the Perian and A52 codecs to what I believe to be the proper paths, and when I try to play back a video file, such as a Divx or Xvid file, I get absolutely no video, and stuttering (at best) audio.

Has anyone else experienced this? any ideas on where I could start to troubleshoot this? I am kinda stumped right now. Do I need to re-encode the video to a certain format/resolution/size?
