OS X 10.4.10 can not be loaded after install Patches
Hi,guys
I just followed the Sticky thread and The Article ' Mac OS X running on Apple TV

replaced the Proper Kernel & Boot.efi downloaded from here
thenI put hacked OS HDD back into Apple tv, however I saw a appletv icon picture and a big flickr Question Mark above when it was booting.
And at the same time, the appletv light color was yellow or white in turn
What can I do? Somebody help me, plz
UPDATE:
Last night I rewrite the Boot.efi then problem is changed:
When starting up, the light was blinking amber all the time, and there is no endless....
Meanwhile, the monitor seemed got singal but black still

He didn't want to bless you, what he meant was that you should bless your boot.efi.
"bless --folder=/Volumes/OSBoot/System/Library/CoreServices --file=/Volumes/OSBoot/System/Library/CoreServices/boot.efi --setBoot"
Did you clear the kext caches --> "rm /System/Library/Extensions.mkext"?
Is ist the boot.efi from your original appletv install/os.dmg?
Did you delete the unnecessary kexts and copied the right ones?
Are permissions ok? Check your disk integrity with the diskutility!

Thx ash
I ve really done what you said except for "copied the right ones?"
I knew there is some kexts all begining with NVD should be deleted, but what are the right ones? The right kernel? or right boot.efi?
I ll quite appreciate if you can tell me
thx

Copy the NVD* from your original atv install or take the kexts from an 10.4.8 or *.9 install.
I managed to update my atv osx install to 10.4.11. All working except for hdmi output. Btw I didn't delete any kext, just updated the FilesystemDriver
Hdmi/video problem: For a few seconds i see the desktop in 1360x768, then the screen is going black. If i put the atv to sleep mode and power it up, the story begins again.
Perhaps someone has a solution?
