I have been running Take 2 (with 2.4) for about 18 months now and it runs perfectly. Is there any benefit to upgrading to the new 3.0 and using Take 3?

The main reason I ask is that I have a friend who is asking me to help modify his ATV but he is running 3.0 I have no experience using Take 3, but I can easily downgrade him to 2.4 and use Take 2.

If there are benefits to using Take 3 (and 3.0), I will take the time to learn and upgrade my system as well.

Any thoughts?
