Gone forever maybe. The only update remaining is the last rev 2.2 update. All the others have been purged.

There are no mirrors, the content belongs to Apple.

Thats why, im looking for a mirror... Prolly someone could upload it, that will help... Just like any other files that are gone, some ppl still have it and upload it to some site

yes, boot.efi is the same for all versions.

The "update" is really nothing more than a disk image file, that is used to reimage the boot partition. Anyone with an ATV that factory restores to 1.1 can pull the disk image off of the media partition and give it to you.
