Default Installing OpenSSH on jailbroken 1stGen ATV

I'm trying to get a first gen Apple TV that I've jailbroken with a PATCHSTICK to disallow ssh logins from the user account "frontrow" so that I can secure it from intrusions while still allowing it to boot/login normally. I've tried following the instructions at CreateUser - AwkwardTV with instructions from it telling me to install OpenSSH here Install SSH - AwkwardTV so that I can disable SSH logins for "frontrow" without disabling password-based logins. I need to continue to use password based SSH logins because I need to allow logins from different sites/computers for management. However, everytime I finish the "Install OpenSSH" instructions and reboot I can't login with SSH at all. It seems the SSH Daemon is running but immediately closes the incoming connection without even replying or stating why. I'm copying over the SSH files from the darwin iso image, SSHing in the new account, and then wget'ing the files packed inside a zip archive from a ftp server I've setup on the LAN, then unpacking and copying them into the appropriate place on the apple TV (all of them into /Volumes/OSBoot/usr/sbin/ because it doesn't say where the other additional files are supposed to go.)

This will be the 5th time I've tried to do this.

Can somebody tell me what might be going on and how I can fix it?

    tia

Nevermind, I found a way. Sorry to bother y'all, I didn't realize that if I just did the part where it says "Using the v2 protocol Without Kerberos" and skip everything else on that page it finally worked.
