HOWTO: send and access files on your Apple TV from the Dock! Easier than ever!

First you have to be able to mount your disk in Finder with AFP (check out the AwkwardTV Wiki for that)
Then remotely mount your Apple TV disk in Finder (Apple-key+K, input IP-address, username and password, as usual), select the folder you want to access from your Dock, make an alias to that folder (Apple-key+L), move the alias to your mac and then to your Dock.
You can now easy access and send files to your Apple TV, just by dragging and dropping.
(my alias is for the Movies-folder, so that every file I put there I can access and play from ATVFiles)
EDIT:
You have to tell Finder to remember your Apple TV password when connecting to the disk, so that you don't have to enter the password every time you're sending files.
