So I have hacked my ATV1 using the atvusb patch stick, and added NitoTV. I'm now to the point where I'd like to sync my iTunes library, but I'd like to have it stored on the external HD rather than on the internal HD. I used to have this hacked via the ATV Flash tool but support for ATV1 has disappeared with ATV2 released.

Is there a simple way to switch the storage location within the ATV1 - something that's idiot proof. I'm completely unfamiliar with Macs, so this will be a challenge if its not clearly laid out with good instructions.

Any help would be appreciated.
