I'm using atvusb-creator. I had my AppleTV updated from the Factory Restore to 3.0.2, nitoTV installed and the Smart Installer executed with an MacOSXUpdCombo10.4.9Intel.dmg as well as an valid Recovery.dmg (must contain the OS-dot-DMG 1.0.dmg with the MD5 sum 55b909196952ff72c93aaf3553cf661e) in the ~/Documents directory. After that, I've copied the appropriate Bluetooth files and have set the owner (chown -R 0:0) and permissions (chmod -R 755).

Ensure, that the appropriate Bluetooth files are really replaced by the version from the MacOSXUpdCombo10.4.9Intel.dmg
(or MacOSXUpdCombo10.4.10Intel.dmg, if this version was used with the nitoTV Smart Installer).

I had done these steps several times and Bluetooth has always working.
