I haven't seen mention of this, but after finally getting OSXS fully installed and running, I realized the time wasn't right, fixed it, and 2 hours later, while setting up my block on it, it was wrong again.. synced the clocks between my macbook and the atv at the same point and it appears that the atv is only running the rtc at half-speed.

Any help here would be appreciated, but I fear it's a patch for the kernel once Semthex releases the source, or updates to 10.4.9.
